The Soft Spot was founded by three best friends who have been inseparable for over 20 years—growing up together, supporting each other through life’s highs and lows, and sharing countless memories over coffee, tea, and late-night conversations.

Over time, those moments turned into something more: a shared dream. We’ve always believed in the power of bringing people together, and for us, coffee and matcha have always been more than just drinks—they’re rituals, connectors, little invitations to slow down and be present.

Starting a business together felt big. It felt brave. But after two decades of friendship, we knew we could do anything—as long as we did it together. So we took the leap and created The Soft Spot—a pop-up matcha and espresso bar designed to bring warmth, connection, and community to every space we enter.
